RETURNS: Be-Brief always stands behind its merchandise. We will replace any and all defective merchandise within 15 days of purchase. All items exluding adult toys, pumps, cylinders and thongs must be in new unworn condtion with all the tags attached and returned to Be-Brief.
Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer.
Privacy: Be-Brief respects your right to privacy. We will not give any of your personal information including email address to any third party.
Health regulations and common sense require that all swimwear & underwear be tried on over underwear or may not be returned. Be-Brief reserves the right to reserve/return any and all items which have been improperly cared for or abused. No return will be accepted without a return authorization number. Any parcel returned without an RA# will be refused.
