Returns Be-Brief offers satisfaction guaranteed. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered, we will exchange them or apply a credit towards your next order only. You must return the items unworn and unwashed, with all the original labels and tags within 1 weeks of receipt of merchandise. We will not accept returns on jockstrap, thongs or sex toys due to Utah regulations. Unless they are damaged goods or we sent you a different size than what you ordered. Please call us or email Returns@Be-Brief.com for a Return Authorization number.

International shipments and orders. Your credit card information MUST match the address of place of shipment. Otherwise your order will not be processed.

Customs and Duty

Shipments outside of the United States may be subject to Customs clearance charges or import duty. Be-Brief.com does not set these charges and cannot control whether your package will be subject to such fees, which are determined by the authorities in the destination country.
